  • My tracking info tells me that my package has been delivered but isn't here/my package is in a different state/my package was delivered to the wrong address. Can you help me?
    Once your package leaves our shop in the hands of our carriers we receive the same tracking info that you do. Please contact the carrier directly first about any issues with the delivery of your package and then let us know so we can help with a solution on our end.
  • What can I expect after I purchase a training plan?
    First off thank you for investing in yourself and in us! After you purchase a plan you will receive an email from us obtaining information based on which plan you selected as well as an activity liability waiver. Once you have returned the waiver via email and supplied us the necessary information regarding your training you will then receive an email invitation from Bridge Athletic. This will allow you to download the app and receive your training program.
  • I'm having trouble setting up my online training account. Please Help.
    Not to worry. Below are step by step instructions to help you download the Bridge Athletic app, set up your account, find your workouts and more.
  • What if I want to train but I do not want to subscribe monthly?
    Crown Code LLC offers dozens of one time purchase training programs such as; general athletics, basic strength, sport or lifestyle specific programs, etc. Whatever you're interested in, Crown Code has a program that can help you.   • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Crown Code LLC utilizes a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. We want customers to have confidence and trust in us, if this should happen please contact us, and we will do whatever in our power to get you the proper size and color. ​ However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery we will gladly replace said item once returned.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do! Crown Code LLC utilizes a print-on-demand (POD) company which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that said (POD) company and Crown Code LLC have reached an agreement in regards to product distribution that allows us the opportunity to not charge an extra shipping and handling fee to customers in the USA. That is correct, FREE SHIPPING to customers in the USA. ​ International customers pay a flat rate shipping cost per item ($10 for the first item and $2 for each additional item).
