SHIPPING POLICY
Crown Code LLC utilizes a print-on-demand (POD) company which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that said (POD) company and Crown Code LLC have reached an agreement in regards to product distribution that allows us the opportunity to not charge an extra shipping and handling fee to customers in the USA. That is correct, FREE SHIPPING to customers in the USA.
International customers pay a flat rate shipping cost per item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Crown Code LLC utilizes a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. We want customers to have confidence and trust in us, if this should happen please contact us, and we will do whatever in our power to get you the proper size and color.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery we will gladly replace said item once returned.
